LFD Firefighter Graduates Academy

Dedicated Lyle Fire Department firefighter Hans Hoomans recently was successful in

completing the rigorous 12-week Columbia Gorge Fire Academy.

With much of the structure fire focused training occurring in the Parkdale, Oregon area, the Department recognizes the significant sacrifices made by Hans and his family to complete this academy.

As a valued member of our volunteer firefighting team for five years, Lyle Fire Department is proud of Han's tireless efforts and dedication to his training over the last several months. We congratulate and appreciate that he continues to advance his skills for the benefit of our community.
