Under state and federal law, certain entities and/or individuals are granted access to certain records held by Lyle Fire Department as a matter of right.

The requestor must submit in writing the exact information that they would like to inspect so that that paperwork may be collected and appropriately redacted for the requestor to see the items in person.  The requestor then has the opportunity to purchase copies of the requested/redacted records at the same payment schedule as for other record requests.

Public disclosure requests should be sent directly to our administrative staff. Please note that our administrative staff has limited availability and there may be a delay in completing your request.
